Contact
If anything on this page is unclear or you believe we got a fact wrong, write to the editorial inbox listed on the Contact page. We treat every correction request as a ticket and reply with what we are going to change — and when — so you can hold us to it. We also keep an archive of the previous version of every policy page, so if you remember a clause being worded differently a month ago, you can ask us for the earlier text.
External links
Links to Lucky World and to any help organisation leave this site and open a page owned by somebody else. We do our best to only link to pages we have read ourselves, but we have no control over what the other side changes after that. If you find a dead or redirected link, let us know. We check every outbound link quarterly and when a reader flags one. If a help organisation changes its web address or an operator rebrands, the link may be out of date between those checks — a short email to our editorial inbox is the fastest way to get it fixed.
What this site is not
This website is not Lucky World, is not an operator and does not run any games or sportsbook. We do not take deposits, we do not pay winnings and we cannot block or unblock a player account. We write about Lucky World — that is the full extent of our role. We are also not a dispute resolution service, not a licence issuer, not a payment processor, and not Lucky World customer support. Nothing on this site creates a legal relationship between you and Lucky World; your contract is with the operator and begins when you accept their account terms.
Age limit
Gambling in the United Kingdom is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Nothing on this site is addressed to anybody younger, and we will not help with any question that implies a minor is involved. If you suspect somebody under 18 is playing on Lucky World, write to the operator and to the UK Gambling Commission. Marketing law in Great Britain also forbids advertising aimed at under-25s unless we have reason to believe the audience is adult, so we check our analytics for that split and keep any imagery here neutral and age-indicative.
Acceptance
By reading these pages you agree that the content is informational, that it is not financial or legal advice, and that any decision to sign up with Lucky World is yours alone. If you do not accept these terms, close the tab now — further use counts as acceptance. Northern Ireland law treats gambling material differently from the rest of the UK; if you are reading from Northern Ireland, local rules may apply in addition to those described here. When in doubt, speak to a local solicitor before you sign up to any operator — including Lucky World.
